Therefore, I shall refrain from being lazy and embark upon this adventure known as a blog.
Hmmm... what are my intentions here? Well, I tend to talk a lot -- and I figure that a blog is a decent outlet for me to 1) get things off my chest, 2) polish my written communication skills, and 3) avoid uncomfortable arguments that might ensue on Facebook or in person as a result of me voicing my opinion. Call me crazy....
Look, I'm an opinionated person (SURPRISE!). I like to think my opinion is educated. Although, at times it very well may not be. :) I also like to share things that I like with others (but I do tend to DISLIKE a lot of things...I'm working on that). I'm very in to pop culture, music, politics, baking, exercise (getting back into it), movies, books.... Why not talk about 'em?
So, my intent here is to just write, expand my vocabulary, discuss, vent, review, trumpet great things, squawk about things that are pissing me off, exchange ideas... all those good things that a blog is meant for. I would love your participation! But, if not, maybe some magazine will fall upon my musings and offer me loads of money to write for them (a girl can dream, right?). :)
